Delivery Time Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery is within 3–7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.

Shipping Rates Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order. Orders that meet our free shipping threshold will automatically qualify for free shipping — no discount code needed.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel, additional redelivery charges may apply. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
